## Platform Overview

PaneFab is a business operating platform and ERP being built for glass fabricators and window and door manufacturers. It brings quoting, customer and dealer access, order management, window and door configuration, production routing and work orders, glass cutting and insulating units, shop floor tracking, glass, extrusions and hardware, purchasing, delivery and installation, equipment maintenance, communications, scheduling, files, people, time and payroll, accounting, and approvals into one company system, so the same project, unit, material, person, and financial history can be followed from the first quote to the final install.

### Customer operations

From the first quote to the final install, everyone sees the latest customer, project, and job.

- **Quoting and CRM:** Capture leads and bid requests, manage customers, dealers, contractors, and projects, build quotes from your own glass, frames, hardware, and labour, track follow-ups, and turn an accepted quote into an order without entering it again.
