These Terms of Use govern use of the public PaneFab website at panefab.com, including its marketing pages, legal pages, and demo request pages. The website is operated by BlindFab Inc. They are separate from the Terms of Service that govern the PaneFab application and customer workspaces.

Permitted use

You may use the public website to learn about PaneFab, request a demo, contact us, review legal information, and access public resources. You must use the website lawfully and respectfully.

Prohibited use

• Do not interfere with, disrupt, scan, attack, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or related systems.
• Do not copy, scrape, harvest, or reuse website content at scale without written permission.
• Do not submit false, misleading, abusive, infringing, confidential, sensitive, or unlawful content through demo, contact, or support surfaces.
• Do not use the website to impersonate another person, misrepresent your organization, or test security controls without authorization.

Website content

Website content is provided for general informational purposes. PaneFab is not yet generally available, so the website describes product direction, planned capabilities, and workflows at a high level, and they may change without notice. Public website content is not a commitment to provide any specific feature, integration, certification, service level, or implementation outcome unless included in a separate written agreement.

Demo requests

Submitting a demo request does not create a customer account, workspace, trial, partnership, early-access commitment, or service commitment. We may contact you by email or phone using the information provided to understand your shop and determine whether PaneFab is a fit.

Phone numbers

A phone number is optional on the demo request form and is used only to contact you about that request. No text-message program runs from this website.

Intellectual property

The public website, including text, design, layout, graphics, logos, icons, software, and other content, is owned by BlindFab Inc. or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from website content except as allowed by law or written permission.

Links and third-party content

The website may reference or link to third-party websites, tools, or resources. PaneFab does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains how PaneFab handles information collected through the public website, demo requests, and related services.
